Question for Pokemon FireRed
Will someone please tell me how to get surf ? My Lapras is lv.38 and it's still not learning surf and I can't get to the league because of it. Will somebody please help me out?

Surf is in the Safari Zone. Be the first one to get to the secret house. Talk to the guy in the middle. But to use it outside of battle, beat Koga, the gym leader in Fuchsia City. Terrorize his Pokemon with psychic types.
( I recommend Kadabra or Slowbro)
