You cannot delete or get rid of Key Items. If you need to make space in your Bag, you can do so by getting rid of Non Key Items.

This happened to me as well. Obviously we were cheating. I used all pokeballs and for some reason they went into my key items bag and now I can't pick up the card key for silph co. I'm playing on my boy so most codes don't work. Can't seem to walk through walls or buy the card key at a shop (when sold it turns into ???????). I'm thinking I'll have to start a new game because I won't be able to beat Sabrina. Even if the all badges code worked I was doing a Charizard only run and I didn't want to miss any of the Silph Co.and Marsh gym battles.
