How do you you get Daisy (gary's sister) to groom your pokemon?

I think she only does that in Pokemon Gold and Silver, but since this is an updated version, there may be some changes. Try defeating the Elite Four. Also, try visiting her on Mondays, that's the day you had to see her in Gold and Silver to get your Pokemon groomed. But I know one thing for sure: she never grooms your Pokemon in R/B/Y.

Beat the Elite Four and your Rival and go to her and she should.
