Question for Pokemon FireRed

I can't go up in icefall cave? My blastoise already learned waterfall but still can't go what should I do

In order to use Waterfall outside of battle, you will need to have the Cinnabar Island's Gym badge.

After you have it, then simply Surf up to the Waterfall and press A. Follow through the dialogue, and you should be prompted with the option to use Waterfall.

i've put the game speed back to normal but still not work

Stand in front of the waterfall before going up and press A. A dialog is pop up.

I'm playing pokemon X I've beat the Elite 4 2 times now, I already have waterfall. But I don't know how to get to icefall cave. So do I need to beat the Elite 4 a 3ird time then go find Lorilie. What do i do i need help !?!?!

I don't have diglett or escape rope and now I cannot escape icefall cave

Hey,
I have the same problem. I already have all the badges, beat the Elite Four and now I'm in the Icefall Cave. My Pokemon already learned Waterfall but every time I try to go up the waterfall I can't use the attack, so yeah, I'm kinda stuck there.

:/ hope you guys can help me

If you play on an emulator, try using normal speed. It worked for me

Yup normal speed on emulator works
