Question for Pokemon FireRed
Is there anyway that I can catch Lugia or Ho-'ve heard about the e-reader but I don't know what that does.
Oh and Deoxys without using the nintendo event????

I'll class it as two questions.
1. Yes with an action replay, gameshark or xploder ( last two not recomended ).
2. I've heard about them but I don't fully understand them. From what I know it unlocks the other Pokemon in Altering Cave like miltank and stantler.

Unless you have the Mystic Ticket from an event to get them, you will need to Trade for them or hack the game.
