Where can you find/get the National Pokedex?
Please answer soon because I want to get the ruby!

You get the national dex after you have beaten the pokemon league and after you've caught at least 60 pokemon. Talk to Professor Oak when you have at least 60 and he will give it to you.

After you beat the Elite Four you have to have at least 60 pokemon caught.Then go
to professer Oak.

Catch sixty Pokemon, then go to Prof. Oak's Lab and then you will get the Natinal Pokedex.
