In fire red there is Bill and his house, he asks you if you would like to go into his garden to see his Pokemon but you uncontrollably turn down the offer. Why you turn down the offer in the game is that, since you and your Rival are battling to have the most Pokemon registered in your Pokedex it would technically be cheating. Can you go into his garden? Well, there is a rumor that some guy in the pokecenter is selling the ticket to enter bills garden for $100000. This is unknown, it has not been proven right or wrong. When and if someone gets $100000 and gives it to him the rumor will be proven somehow but until then like I said it is unknown.
