I need to know were celio's cave is I've been sitting here for hours trying to figure it out

Celio is the guy who you talk to after Bill takes you to One Island, the cave your refering to is called Mt.Ember, you must Surf to get there it's North of one island and Moltres can also be found there, if you try to take on and capture moltres bring ALOT of ultra balls (50+) and save before you take him on, also you will need the following, a Pokemon with surf, a Pokemon with Strength, a Pokemon with Rock Smash, have fun bro and god bless, (if I was wrong in my responce in any way send me an e-mail!!!
