Well after you have played for 200 more hours then it easy to find one
But then again just keep searchin
In ruby I found a shiny vulpix and taillow

The way to get a shiny Pokemon is to look around the grass.
I don't know if there is a gameshark code to increase the encounter rate of shiny pokemon.

The only way to increase your chance of seeing one is to use a cheat code, other wise you have to be very lucky

You have a 1/84563 chance. Or somthing like that. It's completely random I once found a shiny exaccutor in the safari zone and I have never seen another shiny in my life.so there that's how hard it is
