Where is moltres.. Havent played this game like forever use to be a expert now a noob so where is that stupid bird at lol?

Moltres is at the summit of Mt. Ember on One island which is only ascessable at the very earliest after you have defeated Blaine, the Cinnabar Island gym leader.

You've come to the right place! Moltres is on the Island called "One Island" there is a mountain on this Island called Mt. Ember, work your way through this mountain, and the legendary fire bird, Moltres will be at the summit, make sure you save your game before you battle it, just incase! Also, do not use your masterball! You'll find out why later.
