You need realy good Pokemon like level 60 pokemon. Then go to Cinnabar Island and go to the blue store and get ultra balls then you can catch the pokemon.

Well, the objective is to get through the cave by using all your skills that you have obtained from the earlier parts of the game. They made the Victory Road cave hard because of the Elite Four, the challenge that lies in wait for you, will be the hardest thing you have ever faced before. I cannot remember exactly how to get through, but I can generally give you a helpful hint. In just about every area in that cave, you should see like a platform on the floor. Now, here is what you do. Look for a boulder nearby, and use Strength on the giant rock. Push the boulder until it is resting on top of the platform. If you do this, then you will be able to progress through the cave, and continue on towards the next area.

Hope this helps.
