Whats at the of the waterfall in seafoam island,also how do you get up there?

You need to go to island 4 to get waterfall or use GameShark or AR ,although gs is more accurate then AR, at the top is lorelli the elite four first person you fight , she wants you to help her in a battle after that , events start to play out.
