Okay 4 (or 5 if you count the double question) questions.
1. How do you get to Islands 4-7?
2. How do you get it?
3. Do you have to beat the Elite Four to get to Islands 4-7?
4. Where do you get Moltres? Where is it found?

To get to islands 4-7 you have to beat the Elite Four, then Celio gives you the rainbow pass. Moltres is located at the top of Mt. Ember, when you first go in make a right, you should find two rocket grunts and beat them, oh, and make sure you got Rock Smash and Strength.

1. Beat the Elite Four, get data in the Pokedex for 60 Pokemon, and tell Professor Oak so he gives you National Dex. Then go to Celio on One Island and he gives you the pass to 4-7 island.

4. Moltres is on top of the volcano on One Island. You need Strength and Rock Smash to find it there though.

I partly agree with them but you don't need Rock Smash, it just gives you a few shortcuts but in the time it takes you to use it you would be round there anyway.
