You can't catch one, you have to train a dratini into dragonaire then the dragonaire to level 55, then it evolves. U can get a dratini from Safari Zone by
Using a Super Rod or buy one in the Game Corner.

There isnt a location where you can catch a Dragonite.You have to raise it from it's first stage which is Dratini.You can buy Dratini from the casino.

Dragonite is not located anywhere in the game. The only way to get a Dragonite is to level up a Dragonair till it reaches level 55. Once you get it to that level, it will Evolve. You can fish for Dragonairs in the Safari Zone using a Super Rod. They are extremely rare though.

You must get the first stage of it first, then after it evolves 2X's, you will get one.

You can't catch a dragonite, you have to catch dratini in the Safari Zone go to the water and use a Super Rod, it's very hard to catch but keep trying and you will catch one, it will envolve at level 20 into dragonaire and again at level 55 into dragonite, hope this helps
