Feebas hints and tips for Pokemon Ruby

All it really takes is patience and time. Over on route 119 There is a stream,Go over the waterfall and once you hit some rocks, Start fishing with any rod(super rod was the one I used) and if you find something OTHER than a feebas go look on the spot next to it or in front. IF you find a Feebas, Catch it! This isn't you're only chance. Remember what that spot's location is and fly back to a city go back to the same spot and it should be there. One Female Feebas would work b/c you then can breed it with another water Pokemon to get baby Feebas's. Though if you wait a really long time, that spot you found will move to another spot and you will have to start over.

If you want Milotic use ONLY pokeblocks that are DRY and are not any level below 20, this will cause the feebas to eat all it can but not have enough beauty to evolve. I suggest growing more of your rarer berries and use the rare one's to make high quality pokebloks.

It reely works, I have a milotic myself but then when I wanted more feebas, the spot near the bridge moved somewhere else.
