If you are going to Wish cave or other dungeons that will make you level one like Purity Forest. Use the Pokemon Hoppip or Swinub..The two Pokemon are very fast levelers...they easily level up...but youo must bring TM's like:
Hoppip - Solarbeam , Frustration , Bullet seed , Vacuum-cut ,Toxic or Giga Drain
Swinub - Frustration , Blizzard , Ice beam , Dig , Attract , Protect.
