Chancey hints and tips for Pokemon FireRed

Go to area2 in the safari zone,go up on the rock and get off at the other side,go to the 3rd pool of water and the patch of grass on the right side will contain a Chancey, you will have a 4% chance of seeing it, it may help if you have a staryu with illuminate(encounter rate increases)in the front of your party.
