Latios and Latias

After you defeat the Elite Four, visit your home back in Littleroot Town. After a short conversation with your parents watch the TV. It says that a bzzp coloured pok�mon has been seen flying around Hoenn. When your mom asks what colour the pok�mon was, say Red for Latias, Blue for Latios. Now you should be able to encounter them in the wild.

Notes:

You can only get one per save file, if you want both trading is required.

You can encounter them anywhere where wild pok�mon appear. Grass, caves or the sea. I found my Latias whilst surfing from Mossdeep to Lilycove.

Both are Dragon - Psychic type.
