Elite Four Guide and My Emerald Team

So, you want to challenge the Elite Four, huh? (At the end, I'll put an easy way to level up weaker Pokemon)

Save before facing each of them. What if your best Pokemon faints? Bring Full Heals, Full Restores and/or Max Potions.

Elite Four Sidney

Dark Pokemon

Lv. 46 Mightyena, Lv.46 Shiftry, Lv.46 Cacturne, Lv.48 Crawdaunt, Lv.49 Absol.

Ranking-Easy

If you have Rayquaza, this should be a sinch. I taught mine Fly, Thunder, Outrage and Extremespeed. Absol has Pressure, so beware your PP. If you miss Crawdaunt with Thunder, use Outrage. And watch out for Shiftry's Swagger and Double Team.

Elite Four Pheobe

Ghost Pokemon

Ranking-Normal

Lv.48 Dusclops, Lv.49 Banette(2), Lv.50 Sableye, Lv.51 Dusclops

She is fairly easy, but her Dusclops have Pressure, so watch the PP, and they know Protect and Ice Beam, which are frustrating to counter.

Elite Four Glacia

Ranking-Challenging

Lv.50 Sealeo, Lv.50 Glalie, Lv.52 Sealeo, Lv.52 Glalie, Lv.53 Walrein.

If you have Fire and/or Grass Types, you have a serious advantage. The Sealeo she has are weak against stuff like Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Solarbeam etc. Walrein is also affected by Grass moves. The Glalie are easy with Fire type moves.

Lv.52 Shelgon, Lv.54 Altaria, Lv. 53 Flygon, Lv.55 Salamence, Lv.54 Kingdra.

Bring Rayquaza and an Ice Type and you should have no problems! Use Fly on Shelgon, who will most likely use Protect. Sometimes Rock Tomb, so beware. When I faced him, I used Outrage on the Altaria and Flygon, and switched to the Ice Type, or had a Persim Berry on Rayqauza. Outrage should also knock out Kingdra.

Champion Wallace

Water Pokemon

Ranking-Hard

Lv.57 Wailord, Lv.55 Tentacruel, Lv.58 Milotic, Lv.56 Ludicolo, Lv.56 Gyarados, Lv.56 Whishcash

If you have a Rayquaza with Thunder, you're all set. If Thunder doesn't knock out Wailord, save before going into the room, one step from the door. I used Fly on the Tentacruel, and it took me a few tries, but hit Milotic with Thunder. Tentacruel AND Milotic know Toxic. Whishcash isn't affected by Thunder, and Ludicolo should go with a good Fly. Gyarados is Water/Flying, so use Thunder, Fly or Outrage. That should do it!

This is my guide to easy Leveling.

Team:

Rayquaza Level 88-Amulet Coin

Fly, Thunder, Outrage, Extremespeed

Kyogre Level 83-Mystic Water

Surf, Blizzard, Sheer Cold, Water Spout

Groudon Level 81-Charcoal

Fissure, Eruption, Fire Blast, Solarbeam

Pokemon I want to Level-EXP. Share

OK, I take my team to the league. Say you have a Pokemon you want to evolve. Ok, for my guide, I'll use Numel. Your Numel is very weak-leveled, and you really want a Camerupt. Equip it with Experience Share, and battle your way through the league. Numel evolves into Camerupt at Level 34. You SHOULd have a Camerupt after Wallace. If not, have fun just leveling weaklings into strong fighters!
