can i get the game codes for the first 3 starters in emerald

Can anyone explain something to me.
I downloaded emerald and have tried downloading differnt GBA emulators an I still run into the same problem. I'm trying to play the game from the beginning only usuning generation I and II Pokemon. However every time I use a simple cheat like level 5 Growlith or level 5 Charmander it always freezes a soon as I try to select a poke'ball. Hell all I have to do is select my bag and check out my inventory and it freezes without even battleing. Have watched every tutorial on YouTube and still seems to F'up.

This will allow you to get a shiny/black male charizard (shiny code only allows female shinys for all pokemon except charizard thanks god). You must enable each code from top to bottom or your game will freeze (just disable them to unfreeze)

Works on my iPad mini with pokemon emerald

All codes worked for me on my iPad mini in pokemon emerald. I didn't put gameshark_v3 for any of them, just the name above each code line. The charizard code along with shiny and Lv.70 codes allowed me to get a male black/shiny charizard Lv.70 (shiny code only allows female shinys to appear unless they are genderless like lengedarys).

(dude, some codes dont work on some emulators, i know, i tried)

2. and hey the other dude
'when you capture deoxys he doesnt obey you'
(are you new to pokemon? because obviously, you need badges to control higher lvl pokemon, badges are proof that you are a worthy trainer for stronger pokemon)

3. hey dude with the 'how can u du diz in game boy advance'
(these are cheats that can only be done using an emulator to run pokemon emerald on a pc, you cant do it on the GBA for some obvious reason)

Everyone havin trouble putting in deoxy or dragonite code heres how you do it.
1.go to ifile and make a file with the exact name of ur pokemon game and cht to the end.
2.paste either cheat into that new file. Ok heres the part youguys got wrong.

This is what it should look like i ifile . Now save and go to ur game. Enable all of those up there and walk into wild grass u should see dragonite or deoxys . Note:sometimes you gotta empty all the cheats on ur ifile pokemon file and have one cheat at a time because sometimes it doesnt read it if theres too many
