I've got 5 badges, got the scilph scope been in the tower but I'm stuck on the scilph building iv beaten the two guys on the fifth floor but theere not moving so I cnt gt the card key???

The card key is on the 5th floor at the bottom where the rocket is, but you have to go through the warp panel and back then walk and youll find it
