You cannot find every Pokemon within the game. To get every Pokemon, you will have to do so by finding Pokemon in the game and Trade for the Pokemon that aren't in the game. You can also try to find a cheat to obtain every Pokemon.

You can't get every Pokemon by looking around.there are 4 Pokemon that to be traded. Kadabra-alacazam. Machoke-machamp. Haunter-gengar. And. Gravler-golem. B. Hope this helps and you beat the game;)

There arent 152 Pokemon in Pokemon yellow but you can get 152 Pokemon on your pokedex by preforming a glitch that has to do with getting farfetched last and then catching missingno. Also there are lots of Glitches such as the long range trainer glitch that helps you obtain evolved Pokemon such as alakazam that you can't get without trading or using this glitch ( hope this helps )
