Where can you capture a lapras?? I passed the game but I never got the bike...how do you get it?? Lol...thanks!!

ANSWERS

No you can't capture lapras but you can ONLY get him through the second time where the rockets are hiding at sliph scope headquarters in saffron. I hope this helps and if you missed the chance thats it.(If I am not wrong)

You get a bike voucher from the obsessed Pokemon fan guy in Vermillion. He's like the chairman of it and basically you just have to listen to him about a couple of his Pokemon and he'll give to you. Then you should go to the bike shop in Cerulean and ask the guy at the counter and you'll get your bike.

It's given to you by a man in Silph Co. After you beat your rival.

To get the Bike, get the Vocuher from Bill and take it to the Bike Shop.

Lapras cannot be captured. When you beat Gary in saffron tower to evnetually get to the top floor. Theres a guy close to Gary and you talk to him and he gives you lapras

Lapras - talk to the guy right next to where you fight Gary in the Silph Co. Building

Bike - Talk to the Poke'Fan president and listen to his ranting of his Rapidash, grab the bike vouxher and head over to cerulian where he'll give it to you for free
