Hey I'm really anoyed with myself cos wen I met articuno in the seafoam island cave so I didnt ave to start back in fuchia I ran away and need to no if there is another way to get him.also I have all 8 badges and am going to go throo vitory road but can I get zapdos and moltres yet and were???????

Sorry bradd you can't get articuno back BUT lucky for you ,you still can get moltres and zapdos BEFORE you fight the elited 4 .They are as strong as articuno.Ill tell you where. Zapdos:power planet near the dark cave but to the south and be careful he has drill peck.
Moltres:Mt Ember on the top. It is on 1 island .And as I remember he has fire spin.
PS:good luck with the elited 4 and I think you'll have a surprise when you see who is the champ!

No if you ran away during the battle I am afraid there isnt any way to get him back.

Actually Moltres is in the Victory Road cave since there is no Mt. Ember in the earlier games. Though Zapdos yes is indeed in the abandoned Power Plant south of Rock Tunnel (East of Cerulean city).

You need to trade Articuno from another version, otherwise you can't get him again.

Before you face articuno save game first so that if run away from articuno you can load the game and repeat the battle until you catch articuno do it also to zapdos and moltres.
Moltres- victory road
Zapdos-power plant
Power plant is located near the cave in lavender town follow the river that you can see use the Pokemon that knows the surf ability

1. No, there is no other way to get articuno than the first time.

Moltres is in Victory Road
Zapados is in the Power Plant, you surf down the river next to the entrance to the Dark Cave
