Silph Scope can be found inside of the Team Rocket Hideout in Celadon City. You can find it after defeating Giovanni. He will drop it onto the floor after defeat.

Silph Scope can be found inside of the Team Rocket Hideout in Celadon City. You can find it after defeating Giovanni. He will drop it onto the floor after defeat.

You can find it in the Celadon City at the game corner you can find there a team rocket that is guarding the poster,you have to bet him before there master....^_^

You have to go to Celadon City and go to the game corner and defeat the grunt guarding the poster push the switch go to Giovanni and then beat him and voilà
