One of them is south of the exit of diglit cave in a house where he gives you the flash HM the other 2 are in the upstairs of the officer jennys stations 1 is in vermilion and the other in fushia I think

Professor oaks aide, if I am not wrong, should be at the following places;

1)somewhere between viridan city and pewter city(you must have cut learnt in order to get through)because you will need to use it once or thrice and hes in the first house(if I am not wrong)

2)He should be on the house that links from fuchsia town to ladvender town.

Route Two, you need Cut to access the area. It connects Viridian and Pewter so you don't need to go through Viridian Forest.
