With this code, you can meet any Pokemon from the game, simply enter and activate the following code in the cheat menu of your emulator or in the gameshark code menu if you are playing with the cartridge.

When entering the code, replace the XX with the code from the list below which corresponds to the Pokemon that you would like to meet.
