Guys, don't bother trying cheats. The Sims people are finding ways to stop them, and it will only ruin the game by the looks of things. Don't cheat or you'll have to delete and re-add the game and start from scratch.

I had to be the unlucky one with a samsung tablet and samsung galaxy phone. Can't use on either. :-/ & im so frustrated. Seems I can't get pass 5000 happily! Everyday is a got d***n struggle. This is suppose to be fun. Pshhh. My sims are constantly working. Can't do sh*t else. Won't engage. Why do I even have to by a ring if refusal is an option and money is scarce?! It doesn't work. Since the Halloween update came, nothing works. Although I can suggest looking up "Getting Simoleons Without Spending" for iPhone and iPad. It really does work! It's awesome, I tried it. I now have 67,327 simoleons. Seriously, try it!

I did it and it worked, then I attempted it again but it wouldn't let me connect to my Facebook (so I had like 2 neighbors instead of 14) and then it would've even connect to the server so I could actually access the game!!! So I changed the time back to today and I saw that my car dealership was gonna take 412h and the party boat is going to take over 8000h!!!!!! HELP ME

I did the money time cheat and I got about 10,000 simoleons and it even finished my building and everything. But then I tried to do it again maybe 15 minutes later, and it wouldn't let me connect to Facebook and then it wouldn't even let me connect to the server on the game and I couldn't even get IN to the game. And when I put the date back to present, it said my party boat will take like 8000h and my car dealership will take 412h!!!! Help!!!

HERE IS A MONEY CHEAT THAT ALWAYS WORKS:
1. Close sims freeplay be sure its closed
2.turn on flight mode
3.go to settings and set time to past
4. Open sims freeplay
5.wait for error message
6.turn flight mode off and connect to internet
7. Press retry on the error message
8.Proof!
The more sims you have, more money you get!

It works when I do it. This is what I do;

1. I go on Sims Freeplay, and I start the task.
2. I go out of the app, and then turn my wifi OFF.
3. I then go to General >> Date & Time
4. I turn OFF set automatically.
5. I set the date in the future. ex. August 26 2038
6. I double tap the home button, and hold down the sims icon until it shakes.
7.I remove it from the bottom, so it COMPLETELY exits the app.
8. I then wait just a bit and then I go to the app.


This works for me everyutime. At the moment I have 23,899 and that's with 6 sims! ;) I hope this helps you guys. DON'T DO IT TOO QUICKLY or it will NOT register. Thanks!

This works to my galaxys2. just make sure you clear all the running apps esp the sims freeplay before changing the time set. then open the wifi again then the sims. and it works..so do it again. just always clear running apps. - HanneyL

Restart ur phone if it doesn't work n repeat da steps, da sims who aren't doing anything will become fatigued and those working will become refreshed, if only the sims at the main house is ok but the rest is not, group all of them together, maximum 10 per house

Sony Ericsson users, do not attempt. It doesn't work. It used to work fine, but now it's just frustrating. I've problem solved every which-way, but to no avail. Turning off network provided values doesn't help. It'll cause the game to glitch a little, too.

Turning off WiFi alone will not work - the 3G still allows your phone to connect to the internet. Turn on Airplane mode instead.

hmm..this cheat doesn't work on my HTC...
on step 5&6, if you go outside open Wifi/3G then go back to the game, HTC wont hang on the retry stage..the game will just restart again..zzz

If you have internet with your service provider, hit your power button as if you would be turning off your phone. You will be given an option to disable data on most stock OS. Disable data. Disable wifi. In the same step. But do not forget to turn your data back on.
