In mushroom gorge when you're in the cave, go to the path with the blue mushroom. Make sure you are in 6th-8th place to get either 3 mushrooms or a golden one. Then when you are out of the cave and gliding use two of the mushrooms one at a time. At the same time, lean to the left so you glide over the cloudy part. U might end up on the side of the track and that's why you save you're last mushroom:to get off the side of the track.
