If you evolve or fuse monsters on versus mode can it go into your main game?

Yes, I just tried it and it worked. You'll be able to keep them but don't forget to save before going back to the screen title. Additionaly if you were wondering if it could work in free duel mode, the answer is no. Because you can't save the game in this mode so going back to the screen title will make you lose all your progress.
