Easy 'Eagle Eye' Achievement

The following video is a guide on how to unlock the 'Eagle Eye' Achievement. The collectable you need is located in 'Chapter 2: 'The Sea' and can be found 1-2 minutes after the beginning near the end of the kite flying section. Note: If you pass the collectible, just crash the kite or use the d-pad (Down) to restart the section.
