Easy 'Sheep For Wood' Achievement

You can easily get this Achievement by building 12 docks. Doing this will also give you 12 available ships that can be assigned to trade routes.

Easy 'Mirror, Mirror On The Wall' Achievement

You can get this Achievement easily by selecting the icon to get access to your family on the lower bar. Then choosing a family member and chaing his or her appearance.

Easy 'Everlasting Colony' Achievement

You will not be able to declare your independence. It must be done early while your are still a colony. Complete missions to earn mandate extensions until you get the 'Everlasting Colony' Achievement.

Easy '... But To Take Part' Achievement

You can get this Achievement easily by building any type of power plant, a Stadium (Modern Times required), and then issuing the 'Host the Olympics' edict.

Cash

If you need cash quickly go to 'Edicts', then 'World War' and select 'Sovereign Debts'. Here you will be able to borrow $30.000.

Trade Deals

Always keep an eye on the trade deals. Look for products, like oil for example, that has a cheap import contract and an expensive export contract to another nation.
