Easy Epic Runes
One way that you can increase your chances of getting an Epic rune is by revenge killing high level Captains and Warchiefs who you have allowed to reach their high level by intentionally losing to them during Captains' and Warchief's struggles. Another way to increase the level of Captains and Warchiefs is by threatening them but if you do this you will also have to battle their reinforcements.
