How to get the Martian Achievement/Trophy

To get the Martian achievement/trophy you must patch the gas mask. You can do this while you are in the open world by wearing the gas mask in combat so that it begins to take damage. Eventually a hole will appear in the bottom left corner of the glass. Instead of taking the gas masks to a bench to repair, take it to a toxic area that requires the mask. When you do so you will be given a prompt by the game to fix it. Artyom will then place a square of tape over the hole and the achievement/trophy will become unlocked once the animation is complete.

How to get the Gor'ko! Achievement/Trophy

To get the Gor'ko! Achievement/trophy you must attend the wedding on the Summer level. You obtain this when you transit between Chapter 7: The Caspian and Chapter 9: Taiga on the train. When the team is sitting down to eat you will join them at the table and watch two of the characters getting married by the Commander. This achievement/trophy is story related will unlock once the wedding ceremony is almost over.

How to get the Brakeman Achievement/Trophy

You can get the secret Brakeman achievement/trophy by detaching the two train cars on the Moscow level. As you approach the end of Chapter 1: Moscow you will board an enemy train. Edge along the outside of the train until you come to a window with a guard standing in front of it. Take down the guard and enter the train. Then make your way to the right and step across to the next carriage but don't open the door. Instead of opening the door look slightly to the left-hand side and use the lever to detach the first car. You will be notified over the radio that you are doing a good job. Now continue forward through the train, squeezing through the tight gap. Once you pass through the plastic curtain you will come to a similar door as before. If you use the lever on the left-hand side to detach car two you will unlock the achievement/trophy.

How to get the Guide Achievement/Trophy

To get the Guide achievement/trophy you must pass the Research Facility without killing a Blind One on the Dead City level. You will be able to unlock this achievement/trophy at the end of Chapter 10: The Dead City when you encounter the 'blind One' enemies which are mutant gorillas with no eyes that can be found from the roof of the research facility to the ladder which is at the end of the level.

Your only requirement is to get past them undetected which you should be able to achieve if you crouch and remain stealthy. Stick to the side of the wall whenever you see glass on the floor to avoid crunching it. The last Blind One who attacks you must be killed in a simple QTE. The achievement/trophy will unlock once you have beaten the game, directly preceding the credits.
