The rarity of a weapon is indicated by it's colour.

White:

Most common weapons.

Green:

Weapons with improved stats.

Blue:

Uncommon weapons with higher stats.

Violet:

Most uncommon weapons with even higher stats.

Orange:

Best weapons.
