More free arrows!
Another place to get free arrows is behind the fighters guild in Chorrol. Their will be a guy shooting their around 50 of the time. If he is not their wait, as he is probably talking to people in front of the fighters guild. He shoots steel arrows and teaches athletics. NOTE it does not count as stealing taking his arrows.
