Comment:(Feb 12 2009) I fuigured it out. you have to start a new garden with the name Pinata People. Then smash all credit pinatas. Use the n with wave over it.

Exactly, you got it. Then put it in your garden and put Lantern O' Loot's all over the place. Donate 9,999 chocolate coins, and you'll get almost tripple that every time!
