First you have to be at least level 36 for an Elephanilla to appear outside your garden.

Second, for the Elephanilla to Visit your garden, you have to have at least 16 of the folllowing items in your garden, it does not have to be 16 of a specific kind. Just make sure, that out of the 4 different kinds of items combined, you have at least 16 total in your garden.

Blackberry
Ear of Corn
Gooseberry
Monkeynuts

Third, for the Elephanilla to become a resident it has to Eat the following:

Blackberry x4
Ear of Corn x4
Gooseberry x4
Monkeynuts x4
