To get it to appear requires you to be a level 36 Gardener or better and to get it to actually visit your garden requires you to have 16 blackberries, ears of corn, gooseberries or monkeynuts in the garden.
To make one resident requires it to have eaten 4 blackberries, 4 corns, 4 gooseberries and 4 monkey nuts.
