The codes listed for perfect manual, focus, and grinds do not work. Could you tell me why or better yet, is there a certain way to enter them?

It's because in the 360 version they changed it because of the achievements so there are no cheats you can enter.
Take the patch off bbecause at the begining of the game cheat codes work
They disabled the cheats due to the achievement system. It would have messed everything up....sorry there.
