Question for The Sims 3 Pets

For the PlayStation ps3 why can’t horses be added that’s honestly not fair not to mention guinea pigs and hamsters and even birds I want those animals on the game at least let there be an update to the game where those animals get added and I’m not talking about for the pc I’m talking about for the PlayStation ps3

Yes it does suck, but horses are exclusive to the PC version of Sims 3 Pets.
