He won't leave my house and it's getting really annoying

OK first of all that is actually a bugged Sim. Now you COULD kill him - and he deserves killing being bugged and all - but of you don't want his death on your karma, there IS another way that will not result in your karma taking a hit...
Go outside to your mailbox and target it, click 'A' and then left trigger - that will spawn a window with a list of the Sims in range - pick the name of the intruding Pizza Delivery Guy and then reset him - that will cause him to go back to his position zero.

This doesn't work for the ps3. I had the misfortune of getting stuck with the pizza guy after chatting him up and inviting him to stay overnight. Well he never left after that. Sat around in his underwear eating my food and messing with my stuff, leaving messes everywhere and being a general annoyance. Well the only way I got ridof him is to move out and move back in.

Sat around in his underwear eating my food and messing with my stuff, leaving messes everywhere, breaking appliances, sleeping in my bed, and being a major annoyance. Tried to kill him, the guy was pretty much immortal and just wouldnt die! Epic squatter to the worst degree! No option to ask him to leave, even when I beat him up, to the point being my nemesis. The only way I got rid of him is to move out and move back in. He was gone when I returned and my home was just how I left it when I sold it. Just make sure you sell your stuff when you move out so it'll stay in the house for your return.
