I used the cheat and got unlimited money but nothing else??? I need more karma powers, help please!!!

The unlimited cheat creation only gives you unlimitedkarma points. The only way to unlock the karma powers is to start a new game and follow the game without the cheat and when you have unlocked them you start a new game with the cheat and you can use them unlimited and you're points won't go down.
