Well, you have to have a big skill level in the inventing skill to make a ghost zapper and a ghost detector. The ghost zapper zaps ghosts and is added to your inventory and they are worth money and the ghost detector is to reveal invisible ghosts. That is how you catch them :-) have fun inventing the ghost zapper and the ghost detector !

How do you make the ghost detector? Is it the positioning system?

Yes I think so...to make it you have to have a crafting table and a higher handy skill level...once you have a high enough handy skill level you can begin inventing...although you do not get to choose what you invent so it may take a while to get what your trying to make.
