Question for The Sims 3 Pets

Hello,I want to know is, a lady ask someone to move in to their house and,how do I ask them to move out.

Becouse I tryed everything to get them to move out and I tryed to kill them or move but with out them but say like I want some house and want one of my sims to move out, how would do that like ask him or her to move out of the house
