Click start button and go to options then keep browsing and you will find a little box that you can control them and they can't do anything else unless you control them Hope this is helpful!

I think I know what you mean, instead of the light beam wich picks what they do you want to move the annolog stick and they walk ? Like sims pets (old one) for ps2? Well I'm pretty sure you can't on this :( I wanted to aswell but I've had the game for a while and checked everywhere
