I don't think you can unless you get one as a gift from a friend on xbox live or if you do it in create a sim. Sorry to let you down :(

You go to the Adoption center and it will give you a option to Adopt a pet or go on your sims phone and go on call for services and it will also give you a option to adopt a pet and I HOPE I HELPED

You can use your phone and go to services and you can hire a maid adopt a kid or pet or hire a babysitter or call for pizza or repair for xbox 360 from emily lueb
