Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles

I realy need help bad is there a way to gt to places faster because 90% of the time I'm on the quest I'm walking and I try fast travaling but it says you havent been there so if theres a way to move faster plz tell me

There' fortify speed spells and enchantments. Other that that, just explore. Odds are, when you have a destination that you can't fast travel to, you can fast travel to another location near there.

You will move a lot faster by horse. If you don't have a horse and have to walk, either use a spell that increases speed or unequip all of your armor and weapons. You go very slow if you have on heavy armor or have heavy weapons like axes or 2 handed swords equiped.

Use fortify spell or use a horse.
