Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles

I have the game of the year addition for oblivion, and I do not have a hard drive for my xbox 360. And it says you can't down load this with out a hard drive. I have enough space on my xbox and also I can buy Shivering isles in the market place. But it just wont let me down load the one I already bought except on disk form.
How can I get the shivering isles to work with out the market place like I said I have the down load disk.

You need a hard drive to store the add-on content, otherwise you won't be able to play the game. If you can, use an USB drive to store it, and play it from there.
