i have a few questions

Question one: You can have 7 major skills that you level up to 100. For each ten levels you raise you go up 1 character level.so you can get to level 70.

Question two: Both light and heavy Armour can go to level 100. But if you mean Armour effectiveness then you still can. Effectiveness goes up depending on how skilled you are with the Armour that you are wearing. Question 2: the ghosts all have a skull hidden in the world of shivering isles. Find all 5 and you receive the spell risen flesh which reanimates dead bodies.

The prior post answers most questions, but for question one you can't even get to level 70 as you are still level one when your major skills start on atleast 20, so max level would be somewhere between 50 and 60, depending on your class and race choices at the start of the game.

Q1: Around 50-60 as the answer above says. Since you 7 major ones start higher than your minor ones. I am pretty sure it is 55.
Q2: Light and Heavy armor have a max skill of 100. Then your race and class also get benefits from certain armor types as well.
Q3: Find the 5 skulls in Shivering Ilses and gain reanimated dead bodies spell.
